Strongman

Strongman equipment, agility turf and indoor/outdoor capability in a room that is not trying to be a spa.

What it is

Strongman training is not one machine. It is a collection of implements, space and surfaces. This floor has strongman equipment, agility turf and indoor/outdoor capability, which means carries, drags and loaded work have somewhere to happen.

The rest of the room backs it up: calibrated competition plates, specialty barbells and a full free-weight floor. You can run a strongman session and still get your barbell work in without leaving the building.

Who it is for

  • Strongman competitors looking for implements and space
  • Strength athletes adding loaded carries and conditioning
  • Anyone who wants a break from machines and cables

What a session looks like

  1. 01

    Set up on the turf

The agility turf and indoor/outdoor layout give loaded work a surface. Bring a plan for the implements available on the floor.

  2. 02

    Load and carry

Strongman equipment is part of the equipment list. Pair it with plates and specialty bars for the barbell portion of the session.

  3. 03

    Finish with conditioning

The cardio room and turf are both available when the session calls for engine work instead of another heavy single.
