PROGRAM / 03
Bodybuilding
Free weights, machines and dumbbells from 5 to 200 lb — a bodybuilding floor with a strength room's bones.
What it is
The dumbbell rack runs from 5 to 200 lb. The floor carries free weights and machine movements, plus cardio for the other half of a bodybuilding block. It is a serious weight room, not a circuit of light machines.
The same membership also opens the competition equipment: calibrated plates, specialty barbells, racks and platforms. Hypertrophy work and heavy barbell work do not have to happen in different gyms.
Who it is for
- Bodybuilders who need a deep dumbbell rack
- Lifters running a hypertrophy block alongside strength work
- Anyone who wants free weights without a commercial-gym crowd
What a session looks like
- 01
Pick the rack
Dumbbells go to 200 lb. Set up near the mirrors and run your pressing, rowing or arm work without hunting for a pair.
- 02
Use the machines and free weights
Machine movements and free weights share the floor. Superset if that is your program; the room is built for training, not for a queue.
- 03
Cardio, then shower
The cardio room and locker rooms with showers are part of the facility, so a session does not end in the parking lot.
